At Boujee, Our utmost priority is the satisfaction of our valued customers. We strive to provide you with products of the highest quality. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or replace an item. To facilitate this process, we have outlined our Return & Replacement Policy below.
Eligibility for Return & Replacement
You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement if you meet the following criteria:

Wrong Model or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is either the wrong model or exhibits defects not present in the item you originally ordered, we will gladly facilitate a replacement.

Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that you receive a product that differs from the one you initially selected and purchased, we will arrange for a replacement.

Divergent Product Quality: If the quality of the product delivered does not align with what was advertised on our website, you are eligible for a replacement.
No refund/return will be entertained if:
- You don't like the design
- You ordered the wrong model
Return & Replacement Conditions
For your item to be eligible for return or replacement, it must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged order. If it arrives damaged, then please get in touch with us for a free replacement. Please don't accept the delivery if the package being delivered seems damaged or tempered with.
To make everything seamless we might request you to share photos/video of the unsatisfactory product so we can make it right.
In case of Fragile products, Our policy allows you to return any fragile product that arrives damaged or broken, or if there is any other issue with the product. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds
If we are unable to provide a replacement of the same product due to unavailability, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
